World Federation of Hemophilia: COVID-19 Impact on Patient Satisfaction
In May 2022, Virginie Sirianna, one of our PSS team, presented at the World Federation of Hemophilia World Congress in Montreal, Canada, on how COVID-19 impacted patient satisfaction with US Hemophilia Treatment Centers.

National Trends from the Second National Patient Satisfaction Survey
This poster was presented at the Hemostasis and Thrombosis Research Society (HTRS) 2019 Scientific Symposium in in New Orleans, Louisiana in May 2019. It was also presented at the National Hemophilia Foundation’s Bleeding Disorder Convention in Anaheim, CA, and at the ATHN Data Summit in Chicago, IL, both in October 2019.
Judith Baker of the Center for Inherited Blood Disorders and University of California Los Angeles, Brenda Riske and Rick Shearer of the Hemophilia & Thrombosis Center at the University of Colorado Anshutz Medical Campus, presented a webinar on the strategies used to develop the first national survey of satisfaction of care at HTCs in the United States. In this webinar, the panelists describe methods they used to administer the survey to HTC patients, and management and analysis of the data collected from respondents.
